Mike Swan’s training philosophy expressed by the three guiding principles of Swansports is refreshingly simple:

Many athletes (and aspiring athletes) find it difficult to merge the “Smart” with the “Hard” and still have “Fun” but Mike believes they go hand… in hand… in hand.

Take away any one of the three and you’re in trouble:

-Try to outsmart yourself and you’ll usually make a mistake.
-Train too hard and you’ll usually hurt yourself.
-Not having fun? Why do it?
